These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of zenvy-pets.store and any purchases you make from Hybrid Digital Model ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.

2. About our products (curated reseller)

Zenvy is a curated store: we research the market and select third-party pet products to offer for sale. Unless expressly stated, we are not the manufacturer of the products we sell. Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for general information and may come in part from manufacturers or suppliers; while we work to keep them accurate, we do not warrant that all details are error-free. Any manufacturer warranties (where offered) are provided by the manufacturer, not by Zenvy; our own commitment to you is the Refund & Return Policy above.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities and may correct pricing or description errors, including after an order is placed; if we cancel an order for this reason, we'll refund any amount charged.

4. Orders and cancellations

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact contact@zenvy-pets.store promptly — we'll help if the order hasn't already shipped.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns/refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, each incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including: violating any law; infringing others' rights; attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site; or using the Site to transmit harmful or fraudulent content.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (logos, text, graphics, and design) are owned by Zenvy or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to or rely on third-party services (including Shopify and payment providers). We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in our Refund & Return Policy or as required by applicable law. We do not guarantee any specific health outcome for your pet; product information is not veterinary advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenvy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any amount exceeding the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenvy and its officers, employees, and partners from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Effective date" reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
